Terms of Use

This is an English translation of the original Japanese terms. If there is any inconsistency between the two, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the GainzNote application (the "App") provided by Daiki (the "Provider"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (The Service)
The App provides the following features:
- Logging and managing strength training sessions
- Saving training photos and videos
- Graphs of your training history
- Cloud data sync (Firebase)
- Sign-in with a Google account or Apple ID
Article 3 (Accounts)
- Some features of the App require an account (sign-in with Google or Apple).
- You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
- The Provider is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not:
- Act in violation of laws, regulations, public order or morals
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Cause disadvantage or harm to other users or third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App
- Send harmful data through the App
Article 5 (Advertising)
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Data used for serving ads is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Paid Service: GainzNote Pro)
- The App offers GainzNote Pro ("Pro"), a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The features and price of Pro are shown in the App and on the App Store before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store account) at confirmation of purchase.
- Pro renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. After you cancel, you can keep using Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple. The Provider cannot issue refunds directly.
- The Provider may change the features or price of Pro. If the price changes, you will be notified in accordance with Apple's procedures.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Article 7 (Handling of Data)

Article 8 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)
The Provider may change, suspend or discontinue features of the App without prior notice. The Provider is not responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The App is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee that the App is complete, accurate or useful.
- The Provider accepts no responsibility for any damage arising from your use of the App (including loss of data or physical injury).
- Please carry out any training at your own judgment and responsibility. The Provider is not responsible for any illness, injury or other health problems.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Provider. Your license to use the App is limited to the scope of these Terms.
Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)
The Provider may change these Terms at any time. Changed Terms take effect when they are posted in the App or on this page, and if you continue to use the App, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location.
